Abstract
The research of this work was to study the performance of a thermoelectric generator incorporated in a liquid petroleum gas stove. The thermoelectric generator installed with windshield made of aluminums, the cold side installed with fin heat exchanger. By cooling fan out of fins. The temperature of hot plate is 80, 100, and 130oC, tested in a cooled room at the average temperature of the room is 30oC to heat can convert teat energy into electric energy form seebeck phenomenon, thermoelectric to generate DC with heat loss from a liquid petroleum gas which the radiation installed with metal plate wind shield at the hot side. The experiment results showed that the average hot plate is 130oC and the temperature difference 65oC electric power 9.8W, which is heat loss from a liquid petroleum gas stove and charge DC power into the battery 6 volts.
